Michael discovered his passion and talent for writing at a young age, a love that carries on to this day. He attended Spring-Ford High School in Royersford, PA where he worked on the school’s newspaper, The Rampage, for 3 years, even becoming the general manager of the paper his senior year, as well as being heavily involved in the music department.
After graduating high school in 2016, Michael is now currently an upcoming sophomore at Penn State University, taking his first two years worth of classes at the Berks campus in Reading, PA with the intent to move up to University Park for the Fall 2018 semester to finish his degree in Journalism. At Berks, he is a staff writer and social media manager for the Berks Beat student magazine.
Outside of school and Some Positive Space, Michael is currently undergoing a summer internship stint at the Pottstown Mercury newspaper in Pottstown, PA, where he writes for the Lifestyle and Business sections of the paper. Michael also writes pieces for the Odyssey Online, a content creation website run by and for college students. In addition, Michael works as a percussion instructor at Governor Mifflin High School in Shillington, PA.
